A really good personal service!
I was really pleased that postage was included in the price. The package arrived safely and I even had an email from Claus checking that I was happy with what I had bought. The only improvement would be if a business card was included in the package so the person I was giving the present to would also go to Scandiwegians in the future. A really good personal service! I bought a beautiful dish wich arrived very quickly (it was just as described), and it was packed with great care. The seller kept me updated from the moment I ordered, he answered a couple of requests and all the time I felt I was being valued as a customer. He even checked if the item had arrived safely, it is fragile. The service was professional and personal.
