Gute Produktqualität, Kundenservice schwer erreichbar

Die Qualität der Produkte finde ich sehr gut. Ich habe einen HMF für ein 54L Aquarium bestellt und mag den HMF sehr.
Leider ist meiner Erfahrung nach kein Kundenservice erreichbar. Ich warte nun schon mindestens 8 Wochen auf eine Antwort.

Edit:
Der Verkäufer hat sich mit mir nach 8 Wochen in Kontakt gesetzt und mir mitgeteilt dass sie zwei Monaten im Urlaub gewesen sind.
Er hat mir unverzüglich das Geld zurück überwiesen.
Leider war nirgends für mich ersichtlich weder auf der Webseite noch per automatische E-Mail Antwort dass sich der Verkäufer im Urlaub befindet.
