Great owner, shame about the customer experience due to RM
So just want to say that the owner seems great and very helpful. He’s the one who actually deserves the stars… the issue for me (I work in e-commerce for a platform and agency so advise on recommendations to clients every day re: postal strikes) is that I selected a service to pay more for the RM48 and somehow it arrived only yesterday almost 2 weeks after it was ordered.
I know the strikes have been inconvenient as an etailer but put something else in place when they happen.

As you correctly stated, Royal Mail has been the weak link in our system this year. Usually, RM is 99% reliable, even during Christmas. We work hard to dispatch orders same day, During December we have 3 collections A DAY!
But unfortunately RM strikes have really affected us.
The vast majority of our post is Large Letter size products, so using RM is the most cost effective shipping partner. (Using a £4 alternative company for a 99p product does not usually create online sales)
We have also had delays with other shipping companies for dispatching larger parcels during this time.
Everything as expected.
