I reached out to Scarce regarding their hoodie box and spoke via email to Patrick. I am subscribed monthly which means I pay $189 a month and the expectation is that I am receiving a hoodie that is equal in cost to the subscription price or higher cost which would be the only reason to even have this subscription to begin with. I received a Purple brand hoodie which they forgot to take the price tag off of that cost $129 which is big gap from what I’m paying monthly for hoodies that I could simply go to the store and buy myself. To add to their sneakiness their invoice receipt states that the hoodie is $345 !! When I emailed Patrick asking about it he tried to offer me a $10 discount which is not acceptable for the deceitful practices. I used to like Scarce but they are just out here lying and getting over I would love to attach pictures but it’s not giving an option

Got an item that wasn't a brand advertised and it didn't fit. Didn't allow returns. There are WAY better subscription boxes out there - do yourself a favor and avoid Scarce.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OVERSEAS COMPANY! Just a friendly warning. I am stuck with JUNK clothes they sent that I would not even donate except to the garbage dumpster. TRUTH! Do not waste your time or money!

I ordered 2 different boxes through them. One was the legacy box for $175 and the other one was the mens premium hype box for $315. The first box contained a sp5der hoodie which claims to be worth $400 which is probably true at the time of its release. Found it online selling for around $200-$225 so i mean i did alright there. The 2nd box contained another sp5der hoodie (which i requested so it was nice to see) and a off white industrial belt. Both cool pieces but once again the hoodie shows a retail of $400 but i could find it still for about $225 and the belts retail is $265 and found it selling for about $150-$175 so once again i did okay. Shipping times were a bit long. Waited 3 weeks total but customer service answered back everytime i emailed them so. Would i consider buying from them again? Possibly. Is the value truly what they claim it is? Not exactly, at least not in this case but i will say they were really nice pieces and i think i may give them another try in the future

THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST BOX I would give them -5 stars this is highway robbery I purchased 4th of July archive box $200 I got a old Spider hoodie from 2022 says it’s worth $400 looked it up retail is $200 other companies are selling them for about $130 and I can’t get a refund either wow they SHADY SHADY

While I understand a mystery box, is exactly what it says mystery, why do they ask several questions to personalize your box? Why did I get a cheap beach tote, a shoulder bag and a shirt that says Large but fits like a small smh..It's not even any of the shirt brands they advertised on their instagram. The shirt I received was from a drop in 2019 for a British brand smh. Very disappointing I can't use anything I paid for. Worst mystery box I have received to date.

To start, I'm from Europe so you know i'm gonna talk about the imports first. This was about 2 years ago, I bought the most expensive box, which was if I remember correctly 700$ and had to pay about 200$ in import taxes, 200$...

Now let's talk about the box. All the items had tags but for no reason they removed one tag, which was the value tag and that is a bit shady. Anyway, after searching up all the values, I was a little bit over break even about 100$, however, that is without including the import taxes, so I defintely made a loss on this box. But that's not even the biggest problem, they guarantee that you will get atleast 2,5x the value of the box and that was not the case.

Today 2 years later, I decided to give it another try and buy the "Men's emerging streetwear personalized box", which is limited to 100 boxes this drop. I paid $475 (box) + $86.23 (shipping, which is ridiculous considering import will likely be around $150) coming on a total of $561.23 + import duties.

Is this bxo worth it? For US residents, 100%. For EU residents, defintely not. All the miscellaneous costs are just too much for outside US orders.

I am hopeful yet i'm not since the import duties will screw me over again. That being said, I will be back to edit my review after receiving the box, until then I will not change my previous experience with Scarce.

Edit: So I got my box and as expected, it is garbage. I paid €86 (shipping) + €42 (import) in miscellaneous costs for a box worth $475 and the worst part? The items in the box came on a total of $560. So this confirms it, never buy this box if you're from the EU. You're better off buying the items separately and still have money left to spend on something nice.

No individual ever contacted me from Scarce when I had an issue and their support email is a joke.

The items shipped are okay. They claim you get more than what you paid for but I actually found all 3 items half the price. Technically I broke even. Not worth the hype.

Loved the items I got. Great value for the price.
