Unfortunately I have not received the scarf I purchased as of today’s date which is May 20th, 2023. I have checked tracking through DHL global/international and there has not been an update on anything. I have reached out to customer service and I hope to hear from them soon. Scarflings is a great company as I have ordered from them in the past. I hope all will work out because there are a few more items that I want to purchase.

Slow delivery…cheap looking material; whits, undyed material along selvedge edge of scarf.

You sent me the wrong scarf and I haven’t heard yet what you are going to do about it. Very slow service

Your product is lovely, but I have to say the reliability of delivery is NOT GOOD. the last time I ordered it was the same...if you can’t deliver product in a timely manner (within in 14 days), then just tell your customers that so we know what to expect. You charged my credit card account fully two weeks before I received the scarves I ordered. You sent me an email 3 weeks after my order saying due to overwhelming demand of Black Friday you were behind. But it still took 7 days before I received the order.
Just tell customers delivery could be 3-4 weeks, then I know what to expect!

The scarves were are beautifully printed and colourful as advertised. Beautiful quality and so soft to touch. Excellent postage time. Highly recommend these items⭐️

This looks amazing but they take your money ms you have to beg and write hundreds of emails to get anything.
Don’t bother not worth the trouble

In Feb. I ordered the Banana Leaf scarf, planning to take it on a European trip. I had been ordering from Scarflings for a couple of years and had always been very satisfied. (The y claim to be located in Vancouver, but I suspect it's strictly a customer service office. Their scarves are shipped from China.)
I exchanged emails with "Echo Savior" several times - the scarf was coming, etc, etc. Finally, after weeks had passed and there was no resolution, I submitted a complaint to my credit card co. Scarflings never responded to them. They cheat, refuse to resolve complaints, and operate with impunity because they're out of the country. I continued to get marketing emails from them until I unsubscribed. Advice: avoid Scarflings. And try to avoid ordering merchandise that comes directly from China. You may or may not get it (I have been cheated by Chinese merchants before who send their goods directly from China.)

I am an avid silk scarf wearer and have silk scarves from all the top brands. Hermes being my favorite. I recently was gifted a scarf from Scarflings and have since ordered a few options from them. The quality is impeccable. The customer service team went above and beyond to help me find options. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

The silk chiffons are my favorite! I have always loved wearing scarves but more recently I have been getting hot flashes quite often so all my scarves are no longer working for me… but still want to look fashionable in a scarf… someone recommended silk as an alternate to wool as its temperature ambient … I was so happy to find this site, they have so many options in so many color options! So far the Aquamarine Palms Silk Chiffon is my favorite.

ZERO stars for everything about this "company." Got suckered in by their website. Never received order. Impossible to get in touch with customer service. Save your money. Don't bother ordering from them. Such a scam!

Received the scarf I ordered and my wife absolutely loves it. Customer support is top notch as well, I highly recommend.

Very poor customer service. I paid over $500 for a monthly subscription in July 2021. I just received my second scarf today (Feb 2/2022) and it is exactly the same as the first one I received. They are to have included an extra goodie for being a subscriber but nothing has been included in either shipment. I have sent numerous email - probably close to 20, and have phoned several times to try and resolve. The company has very poor customer service and they do not respond to the issue. The scarves are nice, but not worth the money and the hassle.
