Esperienza molto negativa..
Ho acquistato una borsa un mese fa..al prelievo di denaro mi accorgo che pago in Yen cinesi ( dal sito non si capiva).. oltretutto controllando il cambio con l'euro ho notato che mi son stati prelevati più di €60 e la borsa costava €56.99( spese di spedizione gratuite).con il passare dei giorni ho iniziato a contattare il servizio clienti per avere notizie della borsa...il silenzio totale..l'altro giorno finalmente ricevo l'avviso per ritirare il PACCO...vado in posta soddisfatta...e mi rendo conto che è VERAMENTE UN PACCO...invece della borsa nel sacchetto ho trovato un berretto in acrilico del valore di €1...e perché io non li scocciassi più mi hanno pure bannata dal sito...non posso lamentarmi perciò spero che accoglierete qui la mia esperienza perché possa servire a qualcosa... grazie.
