I tried to return a pair of pants and no one is answering. Now I have no pants or money and no one is taking care of it.

The ability for SDC’s clothing to not only look aesthetic and unique but to also integrate function is why I shall be returning to this team for more as soon as I have more money.

I’ve tried contacting with the owners and they have yet responded. Ive paid for express shipping and my package has yet to ship. Awful customer service.

I had a small problem with the stitching on one of my SCD CROWD items, but their customer service was amazing! They sent me a new one right away for free and let me keep the original!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size jacket, but their customer service was very helpful! They made the return process so easy and even paid for the return shipping! Got my perfect size soon after. A good shopping experience!

I loved this sweater! It's even better than I expected - super soft, amazing quality, and the fit is perfect! Shipping was really fast and I loved being able to track my order at any time!

While the quality of the clothing is good, their customer service is poor. I emailed them prior to shopping to see if they could do refunds on credit card and they said it was possible. The sizing is slightly off from their measurements so it did not fit me the way I wanted and requested a return. It’s been 2 weeks of back and forth through support and I’m still unable to receive a refund despite showing them proof of the email they sent to me saying that they would. I understand the store policy on the site says they prefer refunds through store cards, but them not honoring their policy leaves an impression on me. I have shown proof of the product being unworn and in pristine condition, so there was no reason why they couldn’t honor the refund for the return.
