Prompt, well presented, courteous and professional operative.
Took on board my issues reporting with system. Examined and explained findings to my understanding.
Clearly outlined next steps for estimation and completion of required repairs.

I had a leak from the base of the toilet that was rather unpleasant & I was struggling to find a plumber.
I called SC Duncan on Saturday morning & got an appointment for that afternoon.
The engineer came exactly on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed in 30mins. Super job & super customer service. Would highly recommend.

Ben arrived promptly to service the boiler and check the gas hob. He was very friendly and polite, explained what he was going to do and carried it out very professionally. Am happy to recommend and would not hesitate in using SC Duncan again.

Just to add to what Ron J said, Colin, the young man who did the plumbing was very professional in his approach, from start to finish. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently, he got on with the work,
and with the outcome, of course!
Very polite, nice sense of humour and got the job done much more quickly than other companies had quoted. Much more reasonable price too.
Colin did a lot of work at short notice, cheerfully, in the week in which he was moving house. Admirable.
We can't recommend this company high enough and will definitely be using them again.
And, confidently, we would be happy to have the same plumber back.
Excellent, reliable, affordable plumbing companies are not that easy to find.

Very good performance, esp by the installer. He got on with the job, didn't take coffee breaks or waste time. So overall very satisfied, will definitely use again.

Absolutely 5 star service! I initially enquired via their website. James canes back to me within a couple of hours. I had their best plumber coming to take a look. The problem was identified (I’ve had this for 4 years and several plumbers later..) and was fixed a week later. I am so grateful. My gas boiler needed its annual service and as we are new into the area I picked on S C Duncan after seeing their advert. Pleased I did as the service was undertaken very efficiently.
