Overpriced waste of money rip off.

I have tried everything plug ins, Air Wick, Glade etc etc just couldn't get that fresh scent flowing through the house. Bit the bullet, bough a diffuser and two refills over £300.00 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. the product is rubbish no smells of a walk in the forest in my house or a sea breeze. Will be requesting a full refund.

Was great a decade ago and has failed every si, they nce, If your not huge corporate account dont bother, they dont care. In ten years we got service for the first four, about the life span of their equipment. We got one replacement after several calls because our rep stop showing up or answering our calls. after that as they equipment failed we got nothing but the cartridges and invoices. in 2022 all equipment had basicly died with no response. stopped paying in 2023 and now they threaten to sue me for like $100, our monthly bill was around $250 and up a month for a decade. we also had issue reciveing the replacement cartiges once they went from monthly to every three months, saves them money but it sucks. You ever know when your going to get them, they dont send out anything or at least they didnt. if you call they would say it shipped to bad.
Thier site says award winning customer service.. who are these awards from? They dont post that did they award themselves?
if your a small business stay far away, its all sunshine and unicorns until they have you locked in.

BEWARE

Try to cancel your account and they just keep send you packages and billing your credit card. You can send 100 email and call 100 times and they are always in a meeting and will get back to you.

NOT WORKING less than 1 month

I purchased 2 home units and BOTH stopped working in less than 1 month. This company tries to blame the customer for not programming the units correctly or having a 5G Wi-Fi signal. As stated, they WERE working at one time, so they were programmed correctly. I have spent well over FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS on samples, units and cartridges and all I have to show for it are 2 black boxes with colored lights. One would think this company, which is a USA BASED company, would want satisfied customers. Apparently, that's MY BAD for thinking that. I have texted all of my friends who were going to purchase these units since they were great WHEN THEY WORKED to tell them not to buy and shared my experience. I should have gotten something less expensive from China, then, if the units stopped working, I would remember you get what you pay for.
