I'm complete this task

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order!!! it advertised delivery within 3-5 working days, they took my money straight away. The order just shows unfulfilled and when I try to track the order it says the page doesn't exist, customer service e- mail is no better, I'm getting no response. I don't hold out much hope of ever receiving my delivery..guys DO NOT use this company!!!!

My experience with this company is very bad. I placed an order and it was never shipped. They never contacted me to apologize or anything. Zero costumer service. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal to issue a refund. I want to warn you: do not buy at this company!

I would give this company zero stars if it were possible. I placed an order and wasn’t satisfied, so I returned it — over a month ago — and they still haven’t processed my refund. I’ve sent multiple emails to their support team, and no one responds. Their customer service is an absolute joke. At this point, I feel like I’ve been stolen from. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company — they are completely untrustworthy.

Havent received my package. I ordered on February 4th but the package way only on the way on the 10th, however, on the 13th i got an email saying it has been delivered. Gess what? It never came. Definitely disappointed and can only hope they give me some assistance cause i already got in contact twice.

I’m unimpressed with Scent Beauty. I ordered a fragrance on February 2nd and am receiving it on February 14th. It took multiple days for the products to ship. Additionally, the package was driven from Pennsylvania down to Florida and then back to Ohio where I live. And this process took at least 2 days. When the box arrived, it was partially open and dented.

Placed my order 9 days ago and I still don't have a delivery date. Tracking number shows destination unknown. Will never order from here again.

Horrible order still hasn’t shipped been almost a week

I loved the delivery packaging, there was bubble wrap for my small sample and the paper was nice and firm. I’ve had packages arrive torn already just from tumbling around, but that didn’t happen here.I didn’t get the code for $10 off the full-size like I was promised if I got the sample, though.

I needed to return my items and get a refund. It took 2-3 weeks to get my return labels and I had to email them roughly 10 times. My items were returned and arrived 2 1/2 weeks ago to their facility. I have emailed them 4 times for a refund but have received nothing. Horrible customer service time. I have been dealing with this for over a month.

Awful, awful, awful. Don't even try to order because you will never get it and customer service will at best string you along promising new shipments and escalations and at worst never reply. They clearly don't put notes on orders and are horribly unorganized. I've never had such awful customer service in my life

Everything was great. My Sabrina perfume came in perfect condition it was packaged super well. But the Shipping took way too long

The expedience was amazing. The lip sticks are smaller than I thought,but very nice. The taste could use improvement!

I received an empty tube of lipstick. I attempted to reach out to customer service, but the email was listed incorrectly on the website. After tracking down the correct email address, I reached out on 12.25, 12.28, and 1.6. I also attempted to contact them via LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. I have received no response.

The package came fast, thank you!
