Going above and beyond is NOT their model
Purchased a sample after going through the process. When it came to shipping, I had to have it sent to a shipment forwarding service since I do not live in the States. When I found out that I can't get alcohol based products sent overseas to me, I reached out to Scentcraft. After much back and forth, they found every way to NOT accommodate me and provide good customer service. I asked for a refund after explaining my dilemma, and instead of taking the opportunity to give excellent customer service for an extenuating circumstance, they ensured to let me know that I was on my own, and they would not help.
If you are a "fraghead", and you live outside of the States, DO NOT give this company your business. No matter the circumstance, they will not take the opportunity to offer proper customer service. They will NOT do right by you. Avoid at all costs!
