I ordered three perfume samples from their website, one of them was for a perfume we don’t have in Australia by Fragrance Du Bois.

That sample specifically Was sent to me diluted, I know the perfume very well. I used to have it and I would wanted to order it again from the designer website, but I got the sample to compare it to a BDK perfume and testing on my skin they are a bit different.

When I made the complaint to them, they did not address my issue. They denied diluting the perfume and said they don’t have a change of mind return policy. I did not say I wanna return it. I said to them diluted instead of just putting another sample in a box and sending it to me and keeping me as a repeat customer cause I potentially will order more. They lost as a customer, acted snobby and I am never buying from their website again.

If you want true samples, go to OZ fragrances, their samples are legit.

Lovely product, handy sizes delivered with care

The scents are lovely. Arrived on time. I like that they are in little spray bottles too.

Delivery was swift, and was also sent a free sample of another scent which was greatly appreciated.

I bought the 2ml. Good sizing for a trial. Delivery took longer than I'd expected, but at least I received in within one week the ordering date. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Found scent discovery on Instagram, so thought I would try an Ariana Grande sample before I bought the full bottle! Order arrived really quickly and was packaged nicely. Will definitely order again from them 😊
