This company is a scam. I placed an order on 11/27/24. Since then I have emailed twice asking for an update on my order and hav never received a response. It is now 1/9/25 and I have just emailed again. The better business bureau can’t help because this company has a UK address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES.
I placed an order on 12/9 and still have not received an update on shipping. I have emailed several times and no response from the company. AVOID!!!
Placed on order with them for an 'in stock' item (it's still showing as in stock), on 12th Oct 2023. UK delivery states between 2-7 days. It's now the 26th Oct & my Paypal payment is still showing as 'awaiting authorisation'. I messaged them directly & initially they said they were sorry I was having problems with my order & would investigate & get back to me ASAP. That was on Oct 15th, They've never gotten back to me & despite several attempts to contact them since then, now they simply ignore me ! Shocking customer service & I have no idea whether they intend to accept my payment & post my item. Thank goodness I used Paypal .. maybe that put them off as they realised they couldn't scam me that way, I don't know what to think. In any event they haven't fulfilled my order, continue to ignore me, so how on earth can I recommend them ? I would say, stay clear & spend your hard earned cash elsewhere !
