!!Alert- Please don't Book your Visa aapoinmetnt from this website!!

Hello everyone, I booked a guaranteed visa appointment to travel to Italy on their website. I made an online application providing all my personal details and bank card number, and selected a guaranteed visa appointment date in Manchester for the 16th. The website stated that the visa appointment is guaranteed. However, after making the booking, I didn't receive any confirmation and there was no way to contact them during the weekend. I waited until today only to find out that they would not refund my money, but they offered a Spain visa if I paid them an extra 200 pounds on top of the 299 they had already charged me. I have my flights booked from Belfast to Manchester for this so-called "appointment". The worst part is that the company doesn't care to listen. They are not registered with FCA and already have a legal claim with fraud action in the Uk. Please be careful, guys. Good luck!
