I emailed the agency and they got back to me the same day, my preference was Portugal but as there was no immediate appointment available they managed to secure an appointment for Greece within one week which saved me alot of time and effort.

I had an unpleasant experience with schengensvisaconsultancy.co.uk, specifically dealing with Mr. Deshraj Singh for securing a visa appointment, and I would advise other customers to be extremely vigilant and careful and get things in writing from them before making any payment.

I was clearly informed by Mr. Deshraj that an appointment (for any country other than Spain, Greece, Switzerland, Nordic countries, Latvia, Lithuania, or Iceland) would be secured within 7–12 days. However, although the booking for services was made on 3rd February 2025, the appointment date secured was 23rd February 2025 — which is 20 days away, not within the committed 7–12 day timeline.

The appointment confirmation was sent on 4th February 2025, approximately 12–14 hours after the booking. The company advertises 24/7 support on its website, but the communication and responsiveness did not reflect that claim.

Most concerning is that Mr. Deshraj had clearly stated that if the appointment was not booked within the agreed 7–12 day timeframe, the service charges would be refunded and the same is also mentioned in their company website's policy. Despite this prior assurance, he is now refusing to refund the amount.

Also while we were discussing the matter with Mr Deshraj, the appointment was also cancelled by his team without even taking the final confirmation from me while I was discussing the details with my wife.

Additionally, I feel the company tends to tweak their commitments and deny things they prior accepted on call later to suit their convenience when issues are raised as there is no record for calls, which is very disappointing and unprofessional on their part.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering their services:

Get all commitments clearly documented in writing.

Clarify refund terms explicitly before making payment.

Keep records of all communication.

My experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.

Overall I would say that there are lot of gaps in the way they communicate and operate as things are considered between the lines and there are no said rules and processes which they will adhere to.

As seen in the response from the Schengenvisaconsultancy team, they appear to be very superficial and fake without any proofs. As I also have the records for their(Mr Deshraj Singh's) confirmation on securing visa appointment within 7-12 days, cancelling my visa without any return confirmation from my side, no record of me insisting for any specific country's appointment.

Also about their 24/7 communication, I was only confirmed about the slot on 4th Feb 2026 at 6:09 am whereas the appointment was booked on 3rd Feb 2026 at 17:44:53, so not sure what kind of communication was this wherein a service was booked informing customer after 12-14 hrs. No one will mention such precise details, since it happened with me I can and I have the proofs.

Overall the response from Schengenvisaconsultancy team are totally baseless without any facts providing abstract details.

My request to all is to be extremely vigilant, cautious, alert and mindful while dealing with this guys as they only show this kind of behaviour when you ask for refund, so once your hard earned money is gone, they are never going to refund it ever.

Quick response, helped me sort out a couple of things that I didn’t know that I needed.

Their assistance was exceptional and easy to reach. Even beyond regular working hours, they were there to offer reassurance when required. I wholeheartedly endorse their services, especially during critical situations.
