Warranty poor handling.
Had a warranty case on Kajak. Promise is to take care of the subject within a day. After three days notified me that request was sent to manufacturer. That is 10 days ago. Never heard back since and do not expect much no further. Hands off, poor service, cannot recommend.

Order arrived in good condition
I didn't receive immediate notification email following my order and my enquiry about whether it had shipped took one day to be followed up. But the boat has arrived and appears to be in proper condition.
