Got a little unicorn for my daughter and within a day the horn had broken off. I thought schleich was a quality brand? Anyway I contacted schleich via instagram twice and haven't heard anything back... so customer service is just as bad apparently.
Schleich toys are always a guarantee! The site has a good range of toys available (although a lot are currently out of stock, maybe due to the holiday season). Delivery was super fast. Highly recommend!
