After we booked the service they said…

After we booked the service they said that the locksmith will be there in 20-40 minutes maximum, which took 3.5 hours. After locksmith called us, he was quite rude saying you are not the only customer here you have to wait. He made sure he arrives past 9:30pm and charge more. They said cost starts from 29 Euros. He arrived and said it costs 285 euros and it’s not Bazar to negotiate it. Job took 2 minutes, it’s literally robbery. They say price 30 euros and don’t say it’s late evening and it’s night price etc. After they arrive you can’t say no for the service and he was literally shouting. Honestly, no go for their robbery.
