Achtung Firma residiert als Elite Commerce Enterprise Ltd in China. Ware seit 4 Wochen nicht erhalten. Dafür 18 Mails über aktuellen Sachstand, wie z.B. erneute Qualitätskontrolle (!). Antworten sind KI gesteuert. Unbedingt AGB hinsichtlich Storno, Widerruf, Versandkosten lesen. Auf Homepage wird darauf hingewiesen, dass mit DHL geliefert wird. Insgesamt gut gestaltete Homepage, die zum Bestellen einlädt. Fataler Irrtum. Eigentlich dürfte kein Stern vergeben werden.

Dishonest and stressful

No repayment received weeks after the shipment is completed.

After more than 60 mails with "customer service" they still not tired of finding new rasion not to pay- back the fund for this very low quality cloth.

Currently they trying to fight that Retoure location is wrong. Not answering on emails with screenshots and documents from there own company showing exact this adress in US.

The operating model is to sent very low quality fabrics from China and making it impossible to get the money back. High shipping cost to US, multiple times same meaningless mails, finding new problems, highlighting risk of lost shipment, issues with PayPal etc.

Save your money and nerves and buy somewhere else.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from SchmiedeMode. My experience has been nothing but stressful and dishonest.

I ordered a suit for my wedding, and they sent me a completely different, low-quality item that looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. When I contacted them about a return, they demanded that I ship the item back to the USA at my own expense (€102!) — even though I paid only €124 for the suit.

On their own website, they clearly promise that if the mistake is theirs, they cover the return costs and that all returns go to their warehouse in China. But when I pointed this out, they simply ignored their own policy and refused to help.

This company hides behind a German website (.de) and German language to make customers believe they are based in Germany, but in reality, they are operated out of Hong Kong/China. Returns are intentionally made expensive and complicated, so many customers simply give up and lose their money.

In my opinion, this is deceptive, unfair, and borderline fraudulent. I will be reporting them to the Verbraucherzentrale (Consumer Protection Authority) and the European Consumer Centre.

Save yourself the frustration: do not buy from SchmiedeMode.

Do not order here. They’ll screw you over with partially broken product, cheap quality, and terrible customer service ignoring return policies.
What a waste of time and money.
