Bad customer/retailer service.
I have no problem with the brand, which offers mostly lovely quality items. However, a bridle with a billet, not a buckle on cheek straps by their own admissions is causing issues. The billet drops and the bridle could come undone. This is potentially lethal. Although they are aware of this, there are still many of these bridles on the market. They will not speak to the customer, but they are not good at dealing with their suppliers either. I bought 2 of these bridles and they are supposed to replace the nose band and cheeks pieces. This has been going on for months now. Why is their customer/retailer service sooo bad. I need my bridles!
