Supportive Trainer and Quality Training Experience
Myself Rijo Sam Mathew and my experience with Scholar Academy was excellent. The ITIL Foundation course started on 1st November, and our trainer, Umesh Koli, was truly amazing. He explained each topic very clearly and made sure everyone understood the concepts. I asked doubts many times, and he never got frustrated—he patiently explained everything again until it was clear.
Even after the course ended, he stayed in touch and supported me until I took the exam. I was quite nervous before the test, but his constant encouragement and guidance really helped me stay confident, and I successfully cleared the exam.
Overall, Scholar Academy provides great training, strong support, and genuinely cares about students’ success. I had a very positive learning experience and would definitely recommend it to others.
