Scholarship owl stole my money, I only wanted a 7 day subscription and couldn’t cancel mine before the date and they charged me so I called to see if they can give me my money back since I did not use the subscription and they told me it was non-refundable, I am very unhappy and I want my money back.

Eva was very good in responding to my questions and quick in following up with her manager and getting back to me. She was very helpful and processed refunds.

This site does a great job of segmenting opportunities and guiding you through the process of responding to scholarship applications. We will definitely use it again when our next child is ready to go to college!

Jennifer Finetti is very clear.. I was able to understand everything.. my original language is Spanish and I speak and hear my maternal language all day...( I only speak english in school) I live in Miami Beach, Fl ... Because I was in this seminar ...I understand more about FAFSA and scholarships

I think Jennifer did well. I'm glad to see that she had joining the service as one option - get the GI Bill. That being said, I believe that a person should only join if they want to serve their country.

I needed a problem resolved and they were quick to get it done.

The communication of the company is pretty good. They had really fast replied and were very congratulating which I appreciated. It did take a while for the scholarship money to get processed and I did not receive a confirmation email once I sent in my required video for winning the scholarship which I would have liked for reassurance, but other than that I had a great experience and was able to apply to a ton of scholarships and plan to apply for more in the future.

I emailed customer service expecting to wait ages for an answer and to receive a hard no to my request. Representative Joe answered within minutes, took a look at what was going on, and got everything sorted out in like ten minutes! One of my best experiences with any customer service anywhere! 10/10 would recommend.
