Absoloutey un professional!

Daughter had her lips done here, paid for 1ml. Seemed ok when we arrived. Rose started the procedure and said she would only do half treatment on the day and half 2 weeks later as it was my daughters first time. Once procedure was done, my daughter said her lips felt huge, ROSE then said well I put 1.5ml in! We did not ask for that nor did we consent to that as nothing was ever mentioned about putting more in. Rose then said in a very aggressive manor; you now need to pay for the filler used, my daughter then had to pay for the extra filler she never asked for! My daughter felt intimidated and scared so just paid and wanted to go home, she was crying as we left.
Rose is a con artist who has done this to other young vulnerable customers, puts in extra then demands the money. We also had to go somewhere else as she botched her lips up so bad she has been in pain ever since with 3 lumps where the filler hadn't been put in properly, she put it in the wrong place causing huge lumps and soreness.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! solicitors are now involved and she has been reported for negligence.

I went to get my lips done for the first time and booked 1ml, when i got there Rose told me she would put 0.5 in then and rebook me in in 2 weeks to put the other 0.5 as it was my first time. She did my lips and when i looked at them after they were quite big and i realised she did not put 0.5 in only and i assumed she had just put the whole 1ml in which would’ve been fine, i then asked her how much she put in my lips and she told me 1.5. She did not tell me this at all and then she told me i “needed it” then charged me extra was so awkward and so rude do not book here as she won’t have her license much longer after she injected extra filler into my lips without telling me or warning me.

I went to Rose for dermal filler. During the treatment, I raised a concern about a sharp pain on the bridge of my nose where she injected and her whole demeaner changed. Instead of reassuring me and being kind and professional about it, she turned her back to me, facing her worktop. I could see in the mirror that the blood vessels on the bridge of my nose were throbbing, but because she abruptly told me it's fine, I profusely apologised to her more than once and said the last thing I want to do is upset her and said I was just a bit worried thats all. She replied "I've had worse" and stated "im a professional" looking very clearly irritated by me. I felt so uncomfortable, I started crying trying my hardest to hold my tears back. I got my phone from my bag to send her the money so I could just get out of there and still with her back to me, she just said "I have a meal to get to in 15 minutes, so that will be £280". I said "you told me £240". She was silent for a few seconds and said "£240 then". I sent her the money, put my coat on and she walked me out into the corridor to the lift while she could clearly see I was crying. She pressed the button to the lift, said bye and walked off. I left the building and could not believe I had just given my money to someone who had just behaved so unprofessionally and rudely towards me. I stood crying outside waiting for my taxi. She later messaged me the same day on whatsapp, only with a screenshot of her aftercare poster. I attempted to reach out to her on whatsapp after some time had passed. I approached her kindly, asked if there was anything that could be done as I didn't see any results with the dermal filler despite paying the amount of money I had paid and asked her if we could clear the air, thinking she could've been having a bad day and that it may have been a misunderstanding. She told me there is something that can be done, but that she isn't willing to inject me again and recommended me go to someone who can give me anaesthesia to calm my nerves! She was completely trying to change the narrative as if it was my fault. I replied to her kindly and calmy explaining how I felt on the day (I still have all the messages) and she chose not to reply and blocked me instead. I reached out to her on instagram to say this was extremely unprofessional and I will be letting people know how she treats her clients, to which she replied that schon aesthetics reserve the right to refuse treatment to those with "emotional issues" and that "bombarding google reviews" with negativity will result in legal action for defamation. This was an attempt to keep my quiet, but after speaking to my friends and family, I realise this is bizarre behaviour and I wont be intimidated, so I've chosen to write an honest review.

As a client I expect to be met with courtesy and professionalism however this was not met by Rose.

I had booked appointments leaving deposits each time which I had to unfortunately cancel due to personal circumstances (ongoing illness). However, as I left deposits which are there so a company is not left out of pocket due to cancellations.

The last appointment the day before hand I messaged Rose, explained I am ill and will re-book and happy to show medical notes. I was met with an attitude and refused to re-book me although she explained I had made her small business out of £180 now because I cancelled my appointment yet I am sure she received cancellation deposit off me for my treatment I am now not going to receive and I am sure she is able to get another client to use the product (botox).

I advised well if you are refusing me further treatment due to unforeseeable circumstances, then it is your loss because I would have re-booked she replied “it is not!”.. I refuse to believe this is way to deal or speak to clients I am unsure why she believes it is acceptable.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional business with no manners, if someone has illness it is a reasonable to cancel especially if the client is happy to present medical notes, she clearly lacks business sense.

Amazing experience! Rose was recommended to me by a customer at a retail store i work at. I had full face Botox with brow lift then full face 8 point lift dermal filler a month later. Rose is obviously passionate about her craft and she really pays attention to detail. She is very articulate and professional and has a calming nature so I felt relaxed. From the second I told her what I wanted she began measuring my face & recommended what best suits my natural face shape. I like how she reviewed my face as she injected and asked me to sit-up to get a better look. It wasn’t about just filling my face up. She takes her time and keeps you calm during the treatment. I had previously been to see rose 2 times to get my eyebrows done . The problem is the shape was wrong and the ink had gone patchy . So rose told me to go back today for a FREE touch up . Oh my word , got there and she was in an absolute foul mood ! She then wanted another £50 to correct the eyebrows even though so far it has already cost me £200. Anyway let’s just say it went downhill from there . I didn’t want to pay the £50 as why should I pay more to fix her mistake ? So then she started being so rude and aggressive to me! I felt so uncomfortable by her I had to get up and leave even though it meant not having the touch up done . She is a large lady and I felt very intimidated by her. I said I was leaving as she was being so rude to me and I’d been nothing but polite to her. As I walked out the door she said if you think this is rude I can show you rude. I have never in my life had any service provider treat me this way ! I am now seeking legal advice to get my £200 back . Absolutely awful experience. I have posted photos of my botched eyebrows on Google reviews as I was unable to post on here .

I visited Schon clinic to get a lip filler. I explained my expectations and what I would and wouldn’t like on my lips. Rose took in consideration everything I said and advised me further on what to do based on my lip type/shape.
The results so far (2nd day after) look amazing and will continue to improve after the swelling goes away.
I can’t wait to go again to review my results.
Furthermore, I liked the fact that Rose spent time evaluating my lips throughout the time. She explained everything into detail and she was very meticulous.
The location wasn’t very convenient for me but it’s not going to stop me to go again.

I went to this clinic to have fillers around the mouth area . I also had my eyebrows done . I will be returning for my top up in four weeks. It was clear from the outset that Rose is a skilled practitioner. She has a warm and reassuring approach so you feel safe and relaxed. Rose clearly explains what she is doing at each stage. I’ve had three treatments of micro-needling with Rose and my skin feels amazing. It feels firmer and brighter. As this was my first experience of micro needling, I was nervous, but Rose was brilliant. She explained the process and took her time. She didn’t rush the treatment and her prices are very reasonable and this does not affect the service she provides. Rose is knowledgeable and her attention to the anatomy of the face is what makes her really stand out. Rose is passionate about what she does and I will continue to have all my treatments here.

I met Rose for microblading procedure she is was warm, friendly and very welcoming. she explained what the treatment in detail and how it would every step of the way, made me feel relaxed as I have never had microblading before I was a little nervous, but the way Rose spoke I knew what to expect and that I was in good hands. She gave me little treats to keep me hydrated. Highly recommend ❤️
