Great choice, slightly cheaper than other retailers.

What amazing customer service, ordered shoes yesterday and were here in less than 24hrs, well packaged. Both pairs the next size up was needed, customer services specifically Laura was so helpful and helped me make sure we got the required size when only one pair left and the second pair sorted too. I can’t recommend highly enough not just great prices but great customer service to boot which is often over looked these days.

Bought a pair of school shoes for my daughter, they were faulty within a few months. They would only give a credit note. Had to spend even more money (over £50) purchasing a second pair. She's been wearing them a few weeks and despite being a good brand, they have started cracking and the patent leather has peeled off. I have sent images to them and they have said that they have been 'heat damaged' and will not offer anything else. These shoes have been well cared for and have never been left near a 'heat source'. They have also failed in the exact same place on both shoes, which would almost be impossible to place them near a heat source!

Disgraceful customer service. I will never be using this website again,

The pair of shoes I bought started peeling in front after two weeks into school. When reported, the initial response was not very great. However, with a few emails and more than the time I thought it would take, I was finally issued a refund.
Suggestion for seller: Stricter quality checks or reconsider vendors based on reviews from customers.

Bought a pair of kickers for my son for school, this was the cheapest website that sold them after going shopping instore and online elsewhere. The trainers arrived in less than 24 hours from me ordering I was very shocked! Shoes were packaged lovely. Son hasn’t worn them yet as they are for September but can’t see there being any problems. I would definitely shop here again.

Unfortunately poor customer services. Its a long story but we returned some school shoes weeks ago and are still awaiting a refund. Apparently you cant cancel an order once it has been placed, so we had to take delivery of the shoes and pay to send them back. Now we have no money to buy shoes as the refund takes weeks. Wont be buying from here again

We bought a pair a Hush Puppy school shoes and within four weeks the sole has fallen off. I returned these requesting a full refund as they were faulty. Two weeks in, I am still chasing a refund. Very poor communication. Poor customer service!
I was offered an exchange, which I declined as I needed to buy a replacement pair and I have been chasing my refund money ever since, with zero response!

This looked like a good deal but they’re selling Start Rite shoes without telling you what width they are. Used the contact link to send them a message but when I finally got a reply they said they were all ‘medium’. I asked if medium was E, F or whatever and got no reply, so clearly they don’t know their stock or the customer service is rubbish. Anyway, won’t bother again.
