Superb review Gemma, thank you for spending the time writing that. We agree, Summer Camp is the BEST! Super soakers, water fights, ice cream vans.. lifelong friendships.... all based at the six weeks of Summer Camp!
Mixed messages
The staff kept on saying how much my Grandson enjoyed himself, but they couldn't cope with his SEND and after only 4 sessions over 2 weeks, banned him.

Sorry to hear that, we do try to welcome children with Special Educational Needs, working with local charities to provide extra support workers at some of our venues throughout the year. We can do this at a level of support of 4 children to 1 leader, yet understand this will not suit every child's needs. Although School's Out Activities may not be the most suitable environment for every child, we work with families in parent partnership to signpost you to other SEND specific provision. Hopefully, the wonderful organisation that is "Activities Unlimited" can help with this.

Used these guys for 2 different half term times now and cannot fault them, they’re absolutely amazing. Staff are so lovely and welcoming, my daughter always enjoys herself and I feel I can trust them which is huge when it’s your own children highly recommend and will be using them again for the summer half term - Natasha Finch

My son is absolutely loves it
My son is absolutely loving his first camp at Chelmsford KEGS, to the point that on first day he cried at the that fact that he had to come home. All staff are so lovely and kind. Given that this has been my first ever camp for my son as he is only 4 years old, Chris the manager and the Chelmsford team have always been on hand in answering any questions which is very reassuring. The array of activities is brilliant leaving no time for boredom. I will not hesitate to book my son at one of the camps again in the future, and l will also recommend it to other parents I know. Thank you Jem :-)

Amazing camp for kids my kids…
Amazing camp for kids my kids absolutely love it to the point where I booked them in for an extra week. They definitely are not bored and always come home happy,full of excited to tell me how good there day was and asking are we going again tomorrow.
I would never book them anywhere else now I have found schools out camp.
The staff are all so helpful, nothing is ever to much to ask and they always tell you what the children was up to in the day when they are picked up.

Contra partnership
In exchange for my valet services on their commercial vehicles, my two children enjoy free childcare during school holidays, this greatly helps my wife and I as we both work full time, this enables us to use our annual leave together as family rather than separately to cover all the school holidays. We have tried a few holiday clubs however this is the best one by far, friendly and supportive staff and many activities to offer kids of all ages.

Schools out have been amazing with my daughter who is 8 years old. I sent her in the ester holidays 2023 and she has been attending the summer camp 🏕️ 2023!! The staff have been ever so friendly and accommodating, it’s put my mind at ease that my daughter gets to take part in such a wide range of activities. Can I just say the drop off and pick up times are also fabulous for parents who work later and this has been an absolute god send around my work life balance. Thank you too all the wonderful staff I can not thank you enough! :)

We do love our different colour branded and themed age courses to choose from!
Polite, friendly and helpful staff.
Been using these for my daughter for the last couple of years. She always has a great time and the staff are really good with the children. There’s a wide range of activities, including in door and outdoor games and activities, swimming, crafts and ever water fights on hot days which she loves. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful and the facilities are always clean, tidy and well presented.

We love schools out, it’s so super organised. My kids love it. At The Woolverstone location there is a pool so this is a massive bonus for my water loving daughter. She loves the show at the end of the week. Long hours 8-6 suit what I need

Amazing holiday camp
Amazing holiday camp! My son has been going since he was 4 and he absolutely adores going, always so excited every morning. They do lots of crafts, sports and baking. Above all, they are very safety conscious - I love the QR code system they have to make sure the right person is picking up the right child. All of the camp staff are always so lovely and smiley. And great facilities at the Bury St Edmunds one.
