Good morning, as is clearly stated on the website at point of order we hold back orders during the School holidays to ensure they are not lost. It also asks you to contact our customer service team if you would instead like your order sent out straight away. Unfortunately no one contacted us to request this or indeed to chase a dispatch date.

First order lost in the post
First order lost in the post. When I phoned, staff were helpful and a replacement order arrived promptly. Not really their fault, but there was still a delay.

The products have always been good…
The products have always been good although am £11+ item ended up at £19+ with VAT and P&P. Also then I got email saying transaction didn’t process when it did. On checking old orders there was one other saying processing (from years ago) and another awaiting dispatch. When I contacted I was told that the system sometimes does this. Great that I received prompt reassurance but it would be helpful if the computer systems gave accurate information.
