Schoot offers something that other platforms or systems that I have tried lack - vision and progression.
The visually pleasing platform is easy to use, providing access for staff from laptop, tablet or phone, has easy reporting functionality and multiple collaborative groups both internally and externally with other schools and MATs, providing the opportunity to share knowledge, information and best practice.
Steve, has been incredibly supportive and responsive to my suggestions for new features and implementing these such as QR code register, Live Events, Calendar invites with more developments in the pipeline.
The content on Schoot is far more engaging, and easy to watch as well as being shorter in length than competitors for mandatory training which is great cost saving for staff training.
The features that are in development look exciting especially the new Self-Evaluation tool for OFSTED.
