Unappropriate packaging
I ordered a 200 pcs of 2.5mm wood screws. Box was not sealed and I received 161 screws as the rest was lost in transport.

Address selected not even open to receive package
Screws ordered and closest drop off address selected. I get an email from GLS that the package has been delivered to #20 on the same street. Send email to official drop off place asking if they have the package or that I have to go to #20 to see if they still have it.
How to improve: Don't have an option for an address that is not open when the item is to arrive.

Absolute worse experience ever
Absolute worse experience ever. Avoid using this side.
The order took more that 2,5 weeks to arrive at my house.
The ordered carriage bolts do not screw onto the ordered locknuts. The threads of the bolts are completely banged up and ruined so the two ordered items do NOT fit together and cannot be used.
AVOID ORDERING HERE, ITS A RIP OFF!!!!!

Product is perfect. DPD delivery is bad. The delivery agent dropped the parcel at the nearest drop-off point and did not (attempt to) come by the delivery address (could even see this on the live tracking !!). So 100% for product and 0% for delivery = 50% overall.
