Combination 12 prevents cramps
I took Combination 12 about a month ago to prevent night-time leg cramps - and they worked brilliantly. Cramps return if I stop taking the pills, but having one in the morning and another at night is sufficient to prevent that.

We have opened an investigation with our Service Centre team into this issue, and we have been advised that the dates on both the Biologika Organic Bush Lemon Myrtle Shampoo 500ml and the Biologika Organic Bush Lemon Myrtle Conditioner 500ml are actually the date the products were manufactured, not their expiry dates.
The product's best before date is generally 2 years after their date of manufacturing.
