I ordered a handle on a Tuesday and it shipped the following day.

Ordering was easy. The phone call was pleasant and very helpful since I was unsure of sizes. The only suggestion I have is to use UPS or FedEx for shipping. My order was almost a week late as USPS rerouted the package to their Indianapolis facility twice.

I trust this company to provide quality merchandise. I ordered handbell gloves and they seem to be of good quality even though they are made differently with the extra padding between the ring finger and the pinky finger instead of forefinger and middle finger. Currently I ring bigger bells so it doesn't affect me. There's no chance of me holding 2 big bells in one hand.

I was able to find the repair materials I needed quickly and then the order arrived on time. Thank you for making this repair before Easter an easy one!

The app that you use for tracking is completely inaccurate. It seems unnecessary to download an app when the USPS has a website that tracks packages. The incorrect information from the app caused our church staff to go searching for a package that was not going to arrive for days.

Bethan was very helpful and gave me options. Referred me to Thomas in Fort Worth, as I am in Texas. Thomas was also very helpful and answered all my questions. I didn't want to send the bells to anyone else. We absolutely love these bells! You have a very customer friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable. Blessings.

This was such an easy process and the chime sounds wonderful.

The ringers were very happy with the gloves . I believe they were just what they needed as the music sounded so much better and timing of the song was better. Thank for how fast we received them.

Schulmerich in recent years has been very slow in all responses.
Update: The springs actually arrived in the afternoon right after I placed this review. I also received a voice mail and email from the company letting me know the parts were shipped the same day I ordered them, it was shipping that took so long. So I have raised my review to 3 stars. I apologize for the initial lower review, my feelings were affected from an earlier order that took way too long to receive.

Communication was prompt, and shipping for an individual replacement bell was very quick. Thank you for excellent customer service and a great overall experience.
