The web page is excellent and tutorials on bells were extremely helpful
We polished the belle to like new condition and purchased all the spare springs,washers and heads required. All spares were excellent quality and the price was reasonable. Staff were pleasant and courteous.
My wife has started teaching a new bell group at church. Great company to deal with.

I needed a replacement handle. I ordered it on a Wednesday night, and initially USPS was to deliver on Monday, but it looks like it got delayed in their system and was delivered on Tuesday. Amazing turnaround on shipping. This is actually a second handle I had to replace within the last couple of months with both superb shipping turns.
