So I had a lengthy relationship with this "Shop" I knew the owner years ago...did work there years ago...lost touch...found them again after years and immediately began spending more money to have work done.....even though there are 30 Miles from my home and there are NUMEROUS QUALIFIED Mechanics a whole lot less than 30 miles away... I had work I wanted done explained IN PAINSTAKING DETAIL the issue to the Intake Person....Spent Over $530 with them... ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...ACTUALLY WORSENED THE ISSUE...BUT CHARGED ME AND SENT ME OUT under the FALSE impression that they had done the work. NOTHING could've been further from the TRUTH...as my actual Mechanic discovered within the next few days... So Icalled and requested a PARTIAL REFUND for the work that was not done....they asked to BRING MY VEHICLE BACK SO THEY COULD "TRY AGAIN"...that was NOT ever going to happen. If someone shows you whom they are....BELIEVE THEM the 1st time..so I declined and only wanted the portion refunded that was CLEARLY NOT DONE and they agreed and said Don't Ever Come Back.....1st ever issue in well over 10 years that I have been familiar with this "Shop" and You tell Your Long Term customer who has Spent a Few Thousand Dollars with you that so...I was like....did you think I would ever come back after you LIED TO ME and sent me out with what would in a very short time become a CATASTROPHIC FAILURE...so No I am not coming back...just give me a portion of the money back..........THEY SAID OK.......but wouldn't you know...
SCHUTTER AUTOMOTIVE WELCHED ON THEIR WORD!!!
They said they would honor the fact that ANOTHER MECHANIC DID THE WORK AND FIXED THEIR BLATANT ERROR.....and THEY LIED AND DIDN'T GIVE THE MONEY BACK AND ARE DISPUTING THE PARTIAL REFUND!!!???!!
So as I titled this review...DO NOT EVER TAKE YOU VEHICLE TO SCHUTTER AUTOMOTIVE.....EVER!!!!!
ANYONE WHO REALLY KNOWS ME...KNOWS I AM TELLING THE UNADULTERATED UNFILTERED TRUTH..
I WISHED THEY WOULD REFUTE IT TOO SO I CAN POST THE VIDEOS AND SIGNED AFFIDAVIT
