To begin with, Schuttingwerk did not deliver all the materials I paid for. After numerous email exchanges, clearly outlining what was paid for and what was delivered, they insisted that the refund given to me was accurate. Despite my detailed breakdown of what I was owed, they disregarded my concerns. This left me extremely upset as I cannot tolerate dishonesty.
Furthermore, on the day of material delivery, Schuttingwerk was also supposed to install the fence, which they failed to do, forcing me to seek other experts for the installation. Although they left the materials in my yard as agreed, they did not even notify me or ring the bell for me to inspect the delivery before leaving. Upon counting the materials, I discovered that several items were missing. Fortunately, I have everything recorded on camera. Without this evidence, I doubt I would have been able to fight for the correct refund amount, which is disheartening.
While the Schutting I purchased from Schuttingwerk is of good quality, I am appalled by their treatment of me in obtaining the correct refund. I do not recommend them for any installations.

Initially, I had to engage another schutting company to complete the installation because Schuttingwerk arrived on the scheduled day but couldn't install the schutting. Despite the area being prepared for installation, your team arrived without the necessary tools. Video evidence clearly shows the minimal effort put in by your team to install the fence. When I shared this footage with the other company, they found it unbelievable and had a good laugh. When I inquired about your grondboor (ground drill), your team, consisting of about five members, all claimed they would injure themselves using it. This was quite amusing in hindsight. In contrast, the other company arrived with only two individuals but with the appropriate tools, and the schutting was successfully installed within four hours, with no reported injuries. They were also proactive in addressing any potential issues on the spot.
In conclusion, I managed to get another company to do the job for less than your original installation charge. Your claim that you left the materials behind while I was present is false. I was indeed present that day, but your team did not consult me before leaving to check the materials; by the time I went outside, you had already left. I reiterate that I despise dishonesty, and the video evidence substantiates my account.
Regarding the refund from Schuttingwerk, initially, I received an unsatisfactory refund. Despite providing a detailed breakdown via multiple emails, my input was disregarded twice. My growing frustration was a direct result of your lack of honesty. If I hadn't provided video evidence, would you have honored the refund, especially considering my disregarded emails? I'll leave that question unanswered. I firmly disagree that the matter was resolved perfectly. You ignored my emails, and I had to invest several hours in gathering evidence just to secure my full refund. I have no intention of conducting any future business with Schuttingwerk. Ultimately, after a strenuous battle, I did receive my full refund.

Goedemiddag Automationtube, Jammer te horen dat je het op deze manier hebt ervaren. Laat ik voorop stellen dat wij ten allen tijden samen met onze klanten problemen zo snel mogelijk proberen op te lossen. Uiteindelijk konden we op de dag zelf niet de schutting plaatsen doordat de omgeving niet installatieklaar was zoals besprken. We hebben de spullen achtergelaten, waar u overigens zelf bij was, en vervolgens gewacht om een nieuwe afspraak in te plannen. Uiteindelijk bleken een aantal producten te ontbreken welke we zouden meenemen bij een nieuw installatiemoment. U heeft gekozen om de installatie bij een andere partij te doen waarna we de gemiste materialen hebben gecrediteerd naar u. Wat ons betreft is dit op deze manier prima opgelost.
