Don't sell something called Chilli powder in large writing on the front only for the customer to find it is blend of salt, oregano, garlic powder and maybe some chiili. What a con. I will send this to trading standards!
One of the worst sources of a ever had in my life it was like crap
You would imagine that getting a fish pie sauce wrong might be impossible. The Schwartz version is so bad that I threw my meal way and can still taste it 24 hours later.
Morrison's fish pie mix of salmon, smoked haddock and cod plus mashed potato - how can it fail? I usually just use white sauce and I will next time.
If cooks sat around sampling this and still came up with something that didn't really taste of fish then they ought not to be allowed out.

I emailed over a month ago to query the Gluten Free selection that they have apparently stopped, my partner is a coeliac, nothing, no reply, no response, I had the big standard “we have received you enquiry” email, followed by silence, for a company of this size their customer service being what it is, how are they still going? Just ridiculous
Poor to nearly non existent customer service. I had a defective product and emailed company and it took nearly 2 weeks for a reply and they promised a voucher and i emailed back to ask whether by post or email and have not heard back and it has been a week… Will never by their spices again!!!
Abysmal customer service. After numerous e-mails complaining about a defective product I finally received a reply, apologising and offering a refund. Months have now passed and no refund and no further responses from this, supposedly, reputably company. Maybe this should be entitled 'Non-existent Customer Service'.
Schwartz used to do a gluten free range but have stopped producing them due to there being “no demand”. I contacted customer service to find out if there were any plans to introduce different gluten free products or make the original range gluten free and was greeted with a number of poor canned responses until finally, after 5 emails, I was told no.
It’s unfortunate that anyone with a dietary requirement has to struggle to get such basic products in stores.
