Shop name is misleading

Shop name is misleading, borderline fraud.
Shop is not located in Switzerland despite the name and description.
Product location is unknown.
No idea where the poroducts are actually shipped from.
It has been nearly three weeks and still no product received.

This company appears Swiss on their…

This company appears Swiss on their website however their products are made in China and are not what they seem to be in the imagery. I made the mistake of not investigating fully where the items are made. I ordered a raincoat (ordered from Switzerland) that I thought was made in Switzerland. It arrived and is not waterproof. Further, in order to return it, I would have to pay to ship it back to China. What a waste of fabric, labor, and shipping.

Fair prduct and service but not really "Swiss"

It is true that the brand is not really Swiss but my sweater arrived and it's quite lovely, totally as described. There is no direct customer service but the email "Info" address replied promptly and professionally to my email. 4 stars for the deceiving marketing tho, ... it shouldn't be described as "Swiss" by any measure. Nice basics though.
