If I could leave a zero-star rating, I would.

When I first started the process with this company, I was thrilled with how quickly everything moved. I was approved within minutes, my prescription was sent to the pharmacy shortly afterward, and delivery was scheduled for the very next day. The package arrived exactly as promised. From start to finish, the entire process took less than 24 hours, and I was extremely impressed.

Unfortunately, that positive experience ended when I checked my medication.

I am currently prescribed the maximum dose of tirzepatide, 15 mg. The prescription information displayed on the website indicated that I would receive medication compounded at a concentration of 20 mg/mL. The prescription label on the outside packaging with my name also reflected that concentration.

However, when I removed the actual vial from the packaging, the label attached directly to the vial indicated a concentration of 10 mg/mL.

Seeing conflicting dosage information between the prescription label and the medication vial is extremely concerning. Medication accuracy is critical, and discrepancies involving strength or concentration can create confusion and undermine patient confidence. Until this issue is fully explained and resolved, I cannot recommend this company.

What started as an exceptionally fast and convenient experience ultimately left me questioning the reliability of the medication fulfillment process.

The process was so easy, all within a day it was approved, filled, and mailed out through Fedex. I switched to them from another company and I’m very happy i did. I was also able to stay at the same dose i was on previously with no issues. Customer service is incredible, price is great, and i like that you can pay monthly. Definitely would recommend.

I just want to start off by saying Grace has excellent customer service. She help every step of the way. Answering all my question and giving updates with the processing. I order my meds Friday 25. On Saturday provider approve and shipment sent out today. Fast simple and easy. I recently just switched over to Science & Co and so far I'm a happy customer. The best part no hidden fees nor membership. So if you looking to start and love great customer service. This the company to come to.
