I rate this company 1000/10 stars!! I was in a time crunch and needed my poster delivered before heading out of town. First, my poster was on schedule to be delivered earlier than expected. However, I received a notification that my delivery was halted due to what was later founded to be an error that I had created. I put my new zip code with my old address. I was told by the delivery company that Scientific Poster Printing would have to call to fix. The customer service that I received was excellent! The gentleman was so kind and patient. He is actually the one who helped me solve the mystery that I had entered in the wrong zip code. However, he assured me that he would call the delivery service company and correct my error. And that he did. I was able to receive my poster on time and it was beautiful! I received so many compliments and researchers who came by to inquire about my study. I highly recommend! Very grateful for this company! Not only did my poster turn out great, but Bao took the time to personally contact me to make sure my file got uploaded properly. They also got my poster to me in less than 24 hours locally!! I would definitely use them again.

when I pay premium for expedited service and I am told it is delivered early next morning. For me early means 6-7 am and not 11am. This is very misleading and unacceptable for a premium service.

What a fast turnaround. My poster delivered in 24 hours to my hotel. I paid $75 rush next day service. It is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Mike called to confirm the poster proof sent, It arrived on time. Poster is wrapped with a plastic bag, packed in a tube and tube is in the box. Perfect print and safely delivered. I highly recommend.

We wanted to get our company poster to put on the back wall of both our office entrances. I got quotes from several other vendors but ended up choosing this company to complete our job because of the price and also the quality of work. I couldn't quite seem to find what we wanted other than one other company that quoted a ridiculously high price per item. My experience was excellent from start to finish. Andy responded to my quote request promptly, and once we approved the proof for our order, the processing time was speedy. We received our poster very quickly, and they look fantastic. I will definitely use them again if we ever have another need in our office like this.
