They blocked me on their Facebook after they gave me an invalid tracking link and blamed the mistake on me saying I missed an 8 when typing… ( I didn’t type anything just clicked on the link they sent) I tried calling several times only to be told I made the mistake and that I need to stop spamming them, when they clearly sent me an invalid tracking link. The link says access denied before you even open the link. I have screenshots. On top of that they publicly announced the correct tracking number in their comment section allowing for the public release of my location. Not to mention after that they called me a burden and that I was making their work more difficult. Cool contacts. Wish I felt good buying again, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered contacts from this terrible company. Because of a mix up with the post office my order was returned to sender. I was told to give it 3 to 4 weeks for my refund. That was October 27th 2022 and I still haven't received my refund. I emailed them over 15 times and no one has answered me back. Sometimes I get a message saying that the customer service email is not a real email. Don't order from this company!!!!

I received my Sclera contacts today in a cute little box. They look good quality and just what I wanted.
They emailed to say the package was on its way and respond quickly to emails.

Do NOT use this company. Lenses were not as described. Sent FOUR unanswered emails over several weeks. When I rang the number on their website, it was for a totally different business. A very helpful person from this unconnected business told me they have many calls for Sclera Contacts, have told them to remove the phone number, and Sclera have ignored the requests. This tells you A LOT about this company. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
