The Sales Broker Alexandra Lawrence is who took care of me during my switch from allstate to CAA insurance. She found me the best rates and met my concerns with understanding and worked hard to find solutions for me.
There were some issues getting me insurance under the correct address for property. She and her manger did an amazing job finding solutions. Alex is an amazing sales broker. Scoop is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. She exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. Not only is she good at her job but she is the most relatable and down to Earth sales broker I've ever spoken with. Give her a raise! It is because of Alex I stuck with scoop!

I was given honest advice up front on how I can save on my insurance premium. The lady was fabulous. My quote covered all the items better than competitor at a reasonable and substantially less price. As a CAA member you also get a discount.

Agents were helpful and pleasant. They offered me a great rate and transitioning to Scoops was simple. 1 phone call was it took.

Of course the rates were better but I need to address two things, first was that my broker made numerous mistakes when preparing the draft and the second one is that even though it’s been five days from signing (3 business days) I haven’t received my pink slip. If they were faster and more accurate it could’ve been a 5 star review

the agent and company were very understand and helpful, as well as accommodating. Not to mention that some how I'd recieved a 12$ lower rate the. the one recieved over the online quote comparison website which had me quite pleased although I was already content with the quote I'd first been provided, but had also put in the provision that the coverage was able to be provided the same day of signing with the company so I could be able to pick up the vehicle that same day - that being if I were able to actually able to register the car that day which I was more then thankful they were willing to assist on. Although, sadly that was not the case at the time but they did still do their absolute best to do what they could to make sure it ma have been able to happen if I had have.
