fantastic service definitley would recommend again

Customer service over the phone is borderline dreadful, email response is not much better. Your attitude and lack of any enthusiasm whatsoever just cost you a £200 sale.I reviewed you guys a couple of years ago and you were bad then - nothing has improved I'm afraid.UPDATE - you have stated that you don't seem to have any communication from me - would you like me to copy and paste the 2 emails that I sent you so we can all see the truth?

Failed to deliver. Poor communication. No customer service. Advertising products as being in stock which aren't. Wouldn't recommend at all. Spend your money somewhere else!!

ordered new motor for my wolf warrior, arrived on time, value for money, would definitley recommend to friends

Seemed fine but 3 days into order it was cancelled with no explaination.

Scooter guys , you are not answer my emails . My parcel is not send yet from the delivery service you use , of trues to mail them , but with no luck . It have nothing to do as you told me last at thrustpilot that in from an european country , the parcel is still laying in the shipping company . Pls contact them so my parcel get send, otherwise give me a mail to you, that you answer so i can get my money back .

Not a great company to deal with.

I was looking for genuine xiaomi forms due to buying two sets of alloy ones from amazon, so did the right thing message scooterguys first to make sure these were in fact genuine. they quickly replied yes they are genuine steel forks, so i purchased them. Only when they arrived the had sent me Mak1 forks. so straight away message them for resolution i had to send them back to be replaced at my cost. i sent the forks back and instead asked for refund as i had found genuine from another company next day.

however this took ages a week almost they had recieved the forks back and yet no refund so i messaged and a few days later they messaged back refund done. an hour later yes refund done less the cost of me posting the forks back that they had sent wrong. overall they take very long to respond to customers and if you dont keep check i doubt they refund all customers either unless you remind them.

After having repeated problems with electric scooters kugoo being the worst SO FAR, I brought a Mac1 pro from the scooterguys because it is advertised that any manufacturing fault would result in the scooter being picked up fixed (cleaned) and brought back in 3 days??. I’ve been waiting near on 6 weeks now and they won’t even reply or answer the phone to me. Every other review I have read so far is amazing?, am I the exception

Mak 1 pro delivered on time, scooter had a few issue with it scooter guys resolved them
straightaway, very happy with the service

Excellent condition scooter at an affordable price, battery lasts up to 4 and a half hours when fully charged. I would highly recommend buying this product.
