Order never fulfilled

I paid in full for an electric bike on June 14th - waited and waited - numerous reasons and now a refund . Check the bike is actually in stock before they take payment in full . Disappointing and frustrating experience

Thank you for your review and we do sincerely apologise in regards to how long this order has taken, we did originally contact you to say there was a slight delay as this is what we were informed, however, this has taken longer than expected. We did also ask if you would like any accessories sent out to you for your wait which we agreed on and were sent out to you. All of our orders are usually shipped within 2-4 working days however sometimes there can be issues with shipments.

We have emailed you back and we are awaiting your response as we can now send the bike to you within the original time frame with even more accessories or we can issue you with a full refund and you can keep the accessories we sent out to you already.

Again we are very sorry for the wait and rest assured we have taken additional methods to ensure this does not happen again.

Just bought the eleglide m1 E bike from…

Just bought the eleglide m1 E bike from scooteuk.com, at first I was a little skeptical with purchasing online as I've been scammed in the past from other site's. I purchased this bike over the bank holiday's and it arrived yesterday so about a week in delivery times , the customer support was very helpful with updating me along the way and the bike is exactly as expected. Perfect, thanks scoote.

purchased a scooter a few months ago for my nephew..its been great! Customer service has been impecible from start to finish...we have now just purchased a second scooter for my neiece..thank you Scoote Uk ..no doubt ill be back for another when my other nephew gets wind! :)

Stay far away from this site

Stay far away from this site, I have been in a dispute for over two months now trying to get my £600 back. I ordered from here and had never received my scooter, the delivery service that this site uses (XDP) is by far THE WORST delivery service I have ever come across in my entire life. You will most likely not receive what you pay for. Furthermore scoote did not even help me at all in effort to get a scooter replaced or help me get my money back. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Keep your money safe from these scammers. I still today (nearly three months later) have yet to see a refund or a scooter.

We are so sorry you feel this way towards our company and we have done everything in our power to make this right and have been in contact with you every step of the way.

We have spoken with XDP and they have sent us photo evidence of the signature and an image outside your address which I believe has already been sent to you to prove this.

It evidently shows that the item has been delivered to the address you provided to us they have even given the date and time which is 07/03/2022 @ 11:58 AM.

We have raised a claim with XDP for you however they have come back and sent us all the evidence to say this parcel was delivered including it being signed for.

The tracking number for the parcel is: ZDBXWT003844 and as you can see it has been delivered to the address you originally provided to us.

We are not scammers and we have all the evidence to prove this.

Hello Jamie,

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear of your disappointment. According to your order details, you received your scooter on 28/02/2022 you emailed us shortly after to say you were missing a screw which we then sent out as soon as possible to you.

You have then said that you want to return the scooter due to still not receiving the screw even though we had sent them to you and have photo evidence to prove so. We asked you for a video of the display to show the scooter is unused so we could accept the return which still to this date we have not received.

Until we get the video showing the odometer mileage to show the scooter has not been used we can not accept the return as per our returns and refunds policy we can only accept returns on items that are unused in the original condition they were received in.

We have tried to be as fair as possible in this matter.

Listen if your after a great scooter…

Listen if your after a great scooter then these people are the ones you want , there was difficultly with delivery at first, but that was the courier company used that were constantly changing their minds on the delivery.
I received a personal email and phone call from the owner who explained what had happened and took any lingering doubt outta my head , he spoke to me regularly until my two scooters had arrived, it was a nice personal touch and reassuring. With any company there’s always problems and I found that they were dealt with brilliantly. Thankyou scoote uk

Was sent a faulty scooter .

Was sent a faulty scooter .. was no problem they sent parts witch they Fort could be the problem , unfortunately it wasn't.. after a little bit of time of waiting I finally sent my scooter back to the company.. where I received back very quickly and is working correct I am happy with my scoote I must say

I Didn't have a good experience with…

I Didn't have a good experience with this company,
1. They didn't say I need to get a 2pin to 3pin converter plug.
2. 3 of the bolts for the seat base clamp was dethreaded and have done nothing about it.
3. It took them 4 weeks to send me a video to show me how to tighten the handle bars because each side twist.
4. The response time is awful it took them about a week to respond and it was a very blunt email.

I won't be using this company again!
