Problem Quickly Sorted
The high-value bottle I entered in the 171st Auction sold for a little bit more than expected, which I was pleased about. What impressed me most, though, was how quickly SWA responded to me saying that I was unhappy with one of the photos of my bottle. I expected some "push back"...instead Ellis & Mark rectified the problem very quickly to my complete satisfaction.

UPS shipping has been a disaster
UPS shipping has been a disaster. Misinfomation has been reported multiple times on their tracking website. My ability to change the delivery has required a lengthy international call and I can't be sure if it has actually been changed. For example, the guy taking down the new address, while very pleasant, did not seem to understand that the new post code I gave to him was actually a post code. I will have to think twice about participating in your auctions if you continue to use UPS
