Carly dealt with my claim in a friendly and professional manner

I received regular updates about the progress of my claim and didn’t have to hasten them. Physio was offered, again without me having to ask. When initial offer received from third party solicitor suggested I should decline as they felt it was too low. Professional, helpful and always felt they were on my side and pushing things forward.
