We ordered a kilt and the necessary items to go with it for his Christmas gift. He loved it and has worn it many times since. He loved sharing about his family tartan and history.

I ordered a kilt as a gift, then found out it was the wrong size. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange for a different size after reading the "Return and Exchange policy" that is posted on the website. The correspondence I received said they would not take it back. I finally got hold of someone else who said they would issue a refund if I sent it back. I sent it back and was never refunded my money. I'm very disappointed.

We have bought 3 kilts from Scotland Kilt. The products are excellent in every way, quality wool, excellent colors, tartan set placement, pleating, tailoring, etc. all expertly done. Thank you Scotland Kilt for making excellent kilts affordable again.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size. Would not let me return. The satisfaction guarantee means nothing. waits several days to return emails so they can stretch out time so they can say oh now we could not return it anyway.

Never received the package. Never received any up dates that package had been sent or any tracking info. Talked with your rep and shipping company. No one is responsible that I didnt receive my package.

I ordered a kilt and a sporran. The kilt arrived fine. The sporran was damaged. I contacted sales at scotlandkilt.com and sent pictures of the damaged sporran. They assured me that it must have gotten damaged in transit but that they would immediately send me a replacement. A couple of weeks went by and I never received the replacement. I contacted them several times about the sporran over several weeks, which turned into months, I recently tried contacting them a last time, and the never responded to my email this time. I never received the replacement sporran.

I have been looking for the earth rise tartan for a long time but the prices were just out of my comfort zone. I was searching on line one day and came across Scotland kilt and they had the earth rise. I had never ordered from them before but I am very happy that I did. They were very quick to make and ship my kilt. I am more than pleased with how it turned out the fit is spot on and the colours are amazing. I will definitely be looking to purchase a few more kilts from them. Oh I have worn it to work and get nothing but great compliments. Thanks once again Scotland kilts

My kilt is beautiful and I love it. They could use some improvement regarding communication about the process. My status always said processing until a few days before it arrived and customer service was unable to get me tracking info, so I was afraid for a bit, but the kilt looks fantastic.

Rude customer service
I ordered a custom firefighter kilt for my husband, and it is 15 inches bigger around than what I ordered. When I reached out to exchange for a smaller kilt, I was told that there are "NO REFUNDS on custom orders, and it's not our fault". So I copied and pasted their return policy, and he said, "Fine, send it back." It costs $75 to send it back, and the way he talked, I'm not sure if I'd get a refund...So now I have a HUGE firefighter kilt if there are any really big firemen lookin for a kilt... Dont order from these guys...Also notable...They say "Scotland Kilt" but they are Pakistani kilts...which apparently have MUCH bigger "inches" than American inches >_<...

I ordered with my normal waist & hip size and the kilt was much too small when it arrived.

Our family just found out our family is from Scotland and in the Fraser Clan. So I wanted to buy my brothers all kilts with our clan fabric! Loved loved loved the workmanship in the kilt. Purchasing 2 more!!!!!

I don’t remember receiving an email saying that my order had gone through so I thought it had been a scam. But, in about two weeks or three the kilt came in the mail. I was extremely pleased! It was the exact dimensions measurements, etc. it fits him perfectly and he loves it! I wish the quality of the Woo would have been a little better, but I know that would probably raise the price. Maybe that could be one of the choices when ordering. Thank you so much, LP.
