Unreliable listing of cottage availability
Unreliable availability system. We booked a cottage for a week next month (Oct 2020). They took 10 days before telling us of a delay contacting the owner and that the cottage is unavailable. Too late to find something else now. Much better to book direct with owners if you can.

Be Aware Part of the Vacation Rentals UK Group who are totally refusing to return peoples hard earn cash due to Covid19, this company also owns Hoseasons where there is an incredible number of people who are being refused a refund whilst they sit on there money.

Beware. This company refuses to give refunds. It is part of Cottages.com / Awaze. They have cancelled my cottage booking and refused to give me a refund of £1375, which breaks UK law. They haven’t even paid the cottage owner.
