They are very efficient
When I phoned the office in Edinburgh, a lady who answered my call was a bit unfriendly and got the impression that she did not want to talk to customers. Then, I spoke to another staff member, Craig when I phoned them again. He was very professional and I felt I chose a very good company to sell gold. Dylan in the Account Department was very efficient too, as I received the payment earlier than I thought.
