I had some coins sitting at home and after looking at the price of silver online decided to contact Scottish Bullion. It was easy to make suitable appointment and easy accessible in town. I was met by Craig in reception and was instantly impressed with customer service. I was told the value of the coins and accepted. The process didn’t take long but was really impressed with Craig’s knowledge and how well he explained what happened next. I received receipt and instructions on how payment is made it can take up to 5 days , but within hours the money was available in my account. I’d definitely recommend Scottish bullion as the valuation I was given on the phone was the same in person and it is a pleasure dealing with professional well mannered staff. I will definitely recommend Scottish bullion because I have friends who have not had this standard of service and this whole process was hassle free. Thank you Craig I look forward to next time thank you
