Purchased a souvenir plot of land and extra for the purpose of having an email address.

Not been able to access it for months, nor have the organisations bothered to reply to any emails sent either.

Wonderful package. Great service. I bought the stone package and I have bought there tartan tam and scarf. No I just need the kilt. But they are more expensive so it will have to wait unfortunately.// Lord Mikael. (Land Lord)

To start, a public service announcement: in case you didn't know, these are not real lordships or deeds. It's like naming a star; it's not recognized by any organization. That out of the way, don't buy one! I bought a deluxe package from Groupon and when I went to redeem it at the Dunan's castle website, I was asked to pay an additional amount for shipping, plus something else (came to ~$25 iirc). Ok, whatever. The printed deed should arrive in a few weeks, right? Nope. More than a month later, nothing has arrived. When I contacted support, I was told I had put my address in wrong and need to pay an additional $11 for shipping. I know my own address, but they know I have no way to prove it. I asked them for a shipping number for the previous package and, of course, they didn't have one because it would be "prohibitively expensive" (I can get a shipping number from any Chinese company, any company in the United States or seller on Etsy/eBay, but these guys would go bankrupt buying tracking numbers for $60 pieces of paper? Go figure.) Check the reviews on Groupon and sort by lowest rated, there are A LOT of people saying the same things (didn't receive anything in the mail, additional charges, etc). Check out www dot faketitles dot com if you want more information about these companies. Steer clear.

I ordered a Lord/Lady title for my partners birthday via groupon. It was easy to apply to the site and when there was an issue with the name on the certificate the help team got back to me almost instantaneously with acknowledgement and they promised to correct this before the official certificate is sent out to me.
With this email I was also offered 10% off on all of their t-shirts. It seems this is a blanket response in advance of any Covid delays.

Wonderful customer service and a beautiful present/idea. Not only does my partner get an honorary title but we also get to contribute to the restoration of a historic castle. Absolutely wonderful.
