I think Scott is a complete Jerk

I think Scott is a complete Jerk! He treats his wife like crap and his workers like crap..If my husband talked to me the way Scott talks to her, he would know about it. She should not let him treat her like that. I don't like this show at all. Zombie House Flipping is way better..

Bait and Switch

Along with a friend we attended his seminar. I am a former Mortgage Lender so I went in with an open mind. First half good information, they even had a lady testify she went from her last dime, living in her car with children to financial success. The presentation was about how to use his Investors. No money needed and not based on credit. My mind went to they have "hard money" lenders. Second half right before lunch the lid blow off. It went from no money needed to $2000 to attend the next date seminar. During lunch we were introduced to how to tap into our assets and resources, like 401K etc. We got up and left. Unless something has changed this is bait and switch. Maybe they now have lenders to help,

Sherry,
I am so sorry this did not work out for you. I am glad you took the time to respond back to us with your thoughts. At the event there was a lot of talk about building personal wealth while using someone else’s money. We share our knowledge and experience so others can go and do just that. We feel that we have developed a top of the line program to help everyone get started in Real Estate. There is a minimal cost for that knowledge and proprietary information. Once you have obtained that information, you can then go out and build your successful business. This wasn’t for you and we totally understand, yet hundreds, thousands will take this information and go on to success. We wish you our best.

Sounds like a great opportunity

Sounds like a great opportunity. Unfortunately I was unable to afford the $997 to attend the training seminar. Can I please get a list of upcoming events in my area? Manhattan, Philadelphia and Hamilton, NJ. Thank you very much.

In my honest opinion I feel this is the…scam!!

In my honest opinion I feel this is the biggest scam. Also while sitting there listening to this staged speech I googled certain key words that the gentleman was saying and boom there it was! A warning on the better business website to avoid this flipping house seminar where they said everything that was verbatim and that people don’t realize that the $1,000 would not be refunded ever if for any reason! My husband and myself could not be out of there any quicker

Laurie,

Thank you for sharing your feelings. I am glad that I have the opportunity to see this program work each and every day. With every industry there are good and bad companies. I am very lucky that I work with one of the very best. We do everything we can to be honest and fair with each of our customers. We are here to help our customers each step of the way. I happen to know that we do refund for those who meet the Tuition Reimbursement qualifications. Hundreds have been refunded this year alone.
I take it that you have not provided the same name given when you signed up for the course as i am not able to locate a Laurie Vierling in our system. This program may not be for you but that does not make it any less valuable to those who go on to success. We wish you our best.

The program that you have set is…

The program that you have set is great, but please be honest with people and let them know that you have to spend money, like a 1,000.00. Now, that was a problem for me and many more. Then you guys said the first 50 people received a computer that was a lie. So please let people know the truth no computer and the cost is not free its a 1000.00 and I can promise you the will not show. Truth is the deal.

The information was spectacular

The information was spectacular. The speaker was amazing! Although, not real estate, I've been to seminars before and never brought into their program. The only reason why I did not buy into this one is because my husband could not make it, it was a little high (though, I think I know why but there should be away around it to fit both parties), and there was not ample Q&A time.

It seems that this was by design but there should have been another area for those who purchased the bonus package because it became very disruptive at that point, and the ones sitting couldn't appreciate the rest of the program. This is when I left.

All in all, the seminar was amazing! Someone with previous real estate knowledge may really appreciate the information provided. I left believing that the 3-day seminar would be life changing for those who attend and follow through. However, additional upfront costs may stymie this ability for many.

I must say, there's a real sense of transparency, however there should be some information provided on any additional costs or possible hindrance that may interfere with success of completing your 1st deal. Information was shared on fees associated with the funding, but nothing regarding the business startup. A little more time should have been spent on the business aspect of buying & selling, but I guess this is why you have to buy into the training. Novices may have a sense of uneasiness and hesitate to move forward. However, this seminar is worth attending.

I have been to many get rich quick schemes and I thought this was the same thing. I was disappointed that I did not get to meet Scott and Amy because I always watch their TV show. I went to the first meeting to hear what they had to say. I liked it and I signed up for the 3 day seminar. If my gut feeling is correct this will be a very lucrative deal. I am looking forward to the next step.
