The questions relate to real-life situations that CFOs will face. Even though the previous experiences are important, the situation of each company must be considered while analyzing the situation and recommending solutions and actions.
Personally, I prefer to be allowed more time to analyze and respond to the issues.

Actually and honestly I worked in a conglamorate areas, manufacturing, FMCG, Distribution and logistics, Transpirtation, and consulting.
I do believe that value added for your organization will be an advantage from my side, in addition ; training of staff since I have trained Financial and non financial people

Clear insructions, Fair questions, and it was smooth platform. Though it took time to write few of the questions, but at the end it seemd fine.

Its quite different from other platforms and everything is very crisp and quickly done here.

All was good but in the case studies the screen is not phone friendly when you reach a count of words you will not see the new words so you will be needing to go up check the words and spelling and then continue writing

it was thought provoking and interesting challenge. The company demonstrated a structured and professional recruitment process with clear communication and strong focus on operational discipline, business coordination, and commercial governance. The assessment process was aligned with real operational and ERP-driven commercial scenarios.

The assessment process was clear and I enjoyed it.
* Pros:
- Clear structure, providing the analysis results with strength and weaknesses, with providing resources on how to improve.
* Cons:
- The numerical and verbal assessments, 10 questions in each category to be solved all in 5 minutes, i.e. 30 seconds to read and answer each question. It is impossible in some questions, specially that some questions have several calculations to be extracted from tables, and cannot be intuitively answered.
- At submitting my profile summary, which was the first step in the application, there was an AI summary generated of my profile. It was excellent, but I wanted to modify slightly. Unfortunately I closed without saving, so it was lost, and I was not able to get the same back. I entered an introduction by myself, but it still showed that it was AI generated. It is recommended to allow the AI generated option to be redone and amended by the user.
